Job Description
Bethel Adventist Church School has a rich history that has supported Adventist Christian education since 2000. The school is in need of a head teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Bethel Adventist Church School offers a Kindergarten through 8th grade program in a multi-grade setting. This school is operated and supported by the Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church located on the church property in Texarkana, southwest to Dallas and approximately 25 miles west of Hwy 67.
Required qualifications and experience
Bethel Adventist Church School is seeking a head teacher with strengths in the areas of administration, marketing and organization to provide direction and visionary leadership. A head teacher who will work together with our board members, staff and volunteers to market and grow the school to its full potential will serve as an asset to all stakeholders in the community. The school is desirous of increasing its enrollment for students in Grades K-8. The head teacher position would require full-time teaching in addition to the administrative duties. North American Division certification is required, and all applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
