Action Plans
- Each Southwest Region Conference (SWRC) pastor/district conduct one (minimal) public evangelistic campaign annually.
- Each SWRC pastor mobilize and equip local church membership to do the work of evangelism and general ministry.
- Work in collaboration with the North American Division and Southwestern Union Conference on urban evangelism plans.
- Develop and implement innovative evangelistic initiatives via media and digital ministry.
- Through attrition, intentionally hire personnel who embrace the overall SWRC vision for ministry inclusive of evangelism.
Goals for 2026
- 1,000 annual baptisms and professions of faith
- Plant Four (Minimum) New Churches (English – Two; Multi-cultural – Two)
