The North American Division (NAD) Children’s Ministries Leadership Certification is recognition granted upon completing a series of workshops, seminars, and personal study.
This program is designed to help leaders deepen their knowledge of the Word of God, understand the needs of children, and develop effective teaching and programming methods.
There are 6 different training tracks available. Each track focuses on a specific theme, and every course within that track aligns with the theme.
Each track includes 10 courses. To receive a certificate of completion, participants must complete at least 7 of the 10 courses.
Some courses are mandatory for certification. These are marked with asterisks on the certificate brochure, helping leaders identify the essential requirements.
This structure ensures that the NAD Children’s Ministries Certification is both attainable and meaningful.
Leadership certification training is offered virtually at various times throughout the year.
Tracks do not need to be completed in chronological order and are selected based on trainer availability for our local leaders.
