Join us for the Southwest Region Conference's first-ever Church Ministries Collaboration, a special day of worship, training, fellowship, and ministry inspiration on Sabbath, July 18, 2026, at the Voice of Hope Seventh-day Adventist Church in Oklahoma City.
Centered around the theme "We Are Called," this unique gathering brings together Conference leaders, pastors, elders, ministry leaders, and church members for a collaborative experience designed to strengthen local churches and equip leaders for effective ministry. Whether you serve in Children's Ministries, Youth & Young Adult Ministries, Sabbath School, Personal Ministries, Communications, Men's Ministries, Adventurers, Pathfinders, or church leadership, this event is for you.
The day will feature inspiring worship, practical ministry training, a member vision forum with Dr. Carlton P. Byrd, a VBS celebration, and opportunities to connect with fellow leaders from across Oklahoma. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Collaborative! We ask all church leaders to complete the Event Registration form. Additionally, any attendee who plans to receive breakfast and/or lunch during the event should register to RSVP for meals.
